QC center covering an area of about 2,400 square meters, is equipped with chemical analysis room, instrument analysis room, high temperature lab, stability chamber etc. Besides, HPLC, GC, UV, infrared, organic carbon detector and other regular lab equipment are available as well.

QA department has worked with various departments to develop complete management system, technical standards, and operating procedures. Therefore, material purchasing, production control, finished product release, and user feedback have been monitored effectively.

The company has 1 raw and auxiliary material warehouse and 1 packaging material finished product warehouse; 3 raw material workshops and 1 comprehensive preparation workshop; the workshop is equipped with production facilities such as reactors, centrifuges, filter presses and drying ovens of different specifications from small to large , which can meet different capacity requirements.

In order to ensure safe production, the company is equipped with hardware facilities such as sewage treatment stations, fire alarm systems, automatic gas fire extinguishing devices, and heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing devices. In addition, an EHS department was established and standard operating procedures were formulated to regulate the company's EHS-related behaviors.
